    Austrian Naval Forces 1913: Postcard from Shanghai to Pola, franked by 1908 Austria 5 h. green tied by fine "K UND K KREIGSMARINE / SMS KAISER FRANZ JOSEPH" cds (Feb 25) in black. Slightest of aging but a fine strike. The Cruiser was on a 'Flag Waving' tour of the Far East - the contents refer to a meeting between the "Franz Joseph" and the "Kaiserin Elisabeth". Ex collection Keith Tranmer.
