    Austrian P.O.'s in Epirus 1900c: Piece with 1900 10 pa. on 5 h. green-blue, tied by oval framed "AGENZIA DEL LLOYD AUSTRIACO / SAYADA" cachet in violet (Tchilinghirian fig. 520). Sayada, some 55 miles north of Prevesa, had a population of between 1'000 and 2'000 mainly illiterate people in this period. A major rarity of the Austrian Lloyd, Tchilinghirian recorded no covers at all, ex collection Keith Tranmer.
