    1890/92: Palm Tree 4 d. blue, perf. 12 x 11½, tied to 1892 combination cover to London by APIA / SAMOA cds in black (Oct 12), mailed with USA 1890/93 5 c. chocolate (Scott 223) tied in transit by cork cancel in black.
