    1899 (April 24): Provisional ½ d. on 1 d. blue, wmk. NZ and Star, perf. 11, a used block of eight (4 x 2) and an irregular used block of ten on part registered cover to Auckland, all cancelled by barred oval "A/39" obliterators in black. Some creasing and imperfections but a remarkable usage Gi = £ 850+ off cover.
