1886: Consular cover sent stampless from Lima to France by Diplomatic bag, struck with "Legation de France / au Pérou" in blue with Consular cachet on reverse and endorsed "Service", struck on arrival with triangular "T" marking in blue and "Paris / Etranger" cds (Feb 24) in blue.
