Antilles 1875: Cuba 25 c. ultramarine, a single example used on 1875 cover to Lyon, manuscript cancelled in blue crayon, mailed via New York (July 15) with transit in black and treated as underpaid with '50' (cents) in black. Carried on the Hamburg Line Packet "Klopstock" with "ETATS-UNIS / 2 CHERBOURG 2" entry marking (July 27) in blue (Salles fig. 1802) and handstruck '12' décime charge marking (tariff of 1 Aug 1872) tying the adhesive in blue.
