1859/65: Eagle 10 c. brown on buff and 20 c. blue in a horizontal pair, used on 1870 cover to Bordeaux, tied by MQE dotted lozenge in black. Annotated at '2' double rate at left, struck with framed "AFFRANCHISEMENT / INSUFFISANT" in red; charged due with handstruck '7' décimes charge mark in black on arrival (Sept 21).
