    Regno, usage of Sardinian adhesives 1863 (Aug 3): Entire letter from Ferrara to Lugano, Ticino, bearing Sardinia IV. emission 5 c. green (2) and 10 c. bistre (2), four fine and fresh adhesives with fair to large margins, tied by Ferrara cds in black, "P.D." handstamp alongside. Reverse with arrival cds of the next day. Two light horizontal file folds well away from the franking, an exceptional way to pay the 30 c. rate to Switzerland.
