    Second War of Italian Independence 1859, outgoing: Envelope written presumably in Mola da Gaeta, bearing Sardinia 1860 20 c. blue-grey, a fine and fresh corner marginal adhesive with good to large margins, well embossed, tied by "R. POST. MILe SARDA (N. 1) 5 FEB. 61" Fieldpost cds (Sassone = 12 punti), a clear information strike alongside. Reverse with arrival (Feb 9) cds. An appealing cover, interestingly franked in the civilian 20 centesimi not the military 10 centesimi concessionary rate. Signed Em. Diena & Zanaria; cert. A. Diena (1976) Sassone = € 900 + 5'500.
