    Province Napoletane 1861: 10 gr. orange, an even large margined adhesive, fine and fresh, well embossed, tied by crisp "NAPOLI AL PORTO 23 SET 62 2 S" despatch cds, information strike and framed "P.D." alongside, obverse was also struck in transit by "ITALIE 25 SEPT 62 MARSEILLE" French entry cds in blue, on shipmail cover to Lyon. Reverse with French ambulant and arrival cds's (Sept 26). Some acid ink, nevertheless a most attractive item, the franking paying correctly the full rate to France. Signed E.
