    1858: 2 gr. light rose, plate I, large to huge margins, tied by boxed ANNULLATO with superb and rare straight-line CANOSA handstamp (Sassone BA = 8 punti) in brownish red alongside, on underpaid cover directed to Napoli. Obverse struck with "tassa per insufficiente affrancatura" and oval "A.G.D.P." (Amministrazione generale delle poste) handstamps, both in red, reverse with arrival datestamp in red (Aug 4, 1858). A fine and fresh item, signed A. Diena Sassone = € 1'000.
