    1870: Triple rate Entire letter from Fecamp to Paris, bearing Bordeaux 40 c. orange 'vif' in a deep shade in mixed franking with Napoléon laureated 30 c. brown, two fine and fresh examples, tied by Gros Chiffres '1478' numeral lozenge, despatch cds (Sept 9, 72) alongside. A rare mixed issue combination to pay the third inland letter rate of 70 centimes.
