    Austrian consular P.O. in Constantinople 1869 (Sept 4): Entire printed matter letter from Constantinople to Trieste, bearing 1867 coarse whiskers 2 s. yellow, an excellent fresh horizontal pair in vibrant colour, tied by clear wreathed "CONSTANTINOPEL 4 / 9" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 385). Reverse with oval TRIEST (Sept 10) arrival datestamp.
