    1931: 'Lastra' $ 1.50 in black on $ 2.50 c. blue large format Parcel Card, a fine used example to Chillan cancelled by "Rancagua" cds's (Nov 22, 1930) in black. Chillan arrivals on reverse (Nov 24). Usual small spike holes, otherwise a fine and scarce very early usage - Higgins & gage list this card from 1931 H&G N18.
