    Ville D'Orléans (Ballon Monté #33) 1870: 'Mandal Mail'. Complete Gazette des Absents No. 10 addressed to Jersey, Channel Islands with (30 centime) adhesive floated off due to immersion in sea water, struck with 'Ministere des Finances' cachet (Nov 22, levée 5). 'London / Paid' cds in red on obverse (Dec 2) and reverse with 'Jersey' arrival cds (Dec 3) in black. Slight imperfections but a scarce usage. Cert. Robineau (1992) Maury = € 1'250.
