    1882: 25 st. blue and pale blue, paying the single foreign letter rate on 1890 cover to Bremen, tied by black bilingual Sofia cds. Mailed from the German Consulate to Bulgaria, informing the recipient on official stationery that a local firm went bankrupt some while ago. A blue consular seal and Bremen arrival on reverse. Unusual usage for a foreign destination letter. Opinion Todd (2014).
