    1882: 3 st. orange and yellow, variety "Background Shifted", a fine appearing used example, tiny incision in top left corrner perforation barely noticeable and not mentioned on certificate, cancelled in black leaving the variety clear. Rare: shifts of the background rarely occurred on either Russian or Bulgarian issues of this period. Opinion Penev (2021).
