    Third London print 1861/62: 10 c. bright blue on lightly blued paper, a diagonally bisected used example, lower right of stamp, tied to 1861 cover to Santiago by "INUTIL" obliterator in black with "Valparaiso" cds in red at left (Oct 7). Scarce and most attractive - an extraordinary usage in probably the first month of issue.rn
