    First Santiago printings "Estancos" 1858/60: 5 c. rose-red, a used example with close to large margins all round on 4 July 1864 entire letter to Santiago tied by target handstamp with scarce straight line "CURACAVI" despatch in black adjacent. Minor wrinkling but very scarce.
