    Recess by Narciso Desmadryl 1854 (Sept): 10 c. deep blue, a used hortizontal strip of six with touched to large margins and portions of two adjoining stamps at base, used on 1855 cover to Valparaiso tied by somewhat blurred target handstamps in black and by "Santiago" cds in red (Feb 26) at right. A rare and attractive franking. Signed Peter Holcombe.
