    Printed by Desmadryl from Perkins Bacon plates 1854 (Feb): 5 c. red-brown, used examples (4) with one badly cut and three examples with enormous to touched margins, used on 1856 entire letter from Santiago to Valparaiso at quadruple rate, tied by target handstamps in black with "Santiago" cds (June 4) in red below, a not unattractive and scarce franking.
