    First London printing from Perkins Bacon Plates 1853 (July 1): 10 c. deep bright blue on yellowish paper, three horizontally bisected examples and one vertically bisected example used on small 1854 piece, all cancelled by target handstamps in black with "P. CALDERA" circular datestamp (June) also tying the left stamp. An extraordinary piece, proving that some Chilean Postal Clerks frequently cut the 10 centavos stamps prior to their use.
