    1926: Fiscal 5 c. purple and 20 c. brown, each with framed 'Postage' handstamped surcharge in black, used on reverse of 1926 Bank of Mongolia cover to Moscow tied by 'ULAN BATOR / MONGOLIA' datestamps in black (Sept 17) and further tied by Moscow machine arrival (Oct 3) in black. The Ulan Bator datestamp with ink splash on 'BAT' of cancellation device, this also repeated on obverse. A scarce commercial franking.
