    1870: Tiple rate Entire letter from Vienne to Paris, bearing Bordeaux 20 c. blue type III report 2 in mixed franking with 1871 Cérès 25 c. blue type II (2), tied by bold Gros Chiffres '4199' lozenge and despatch cds (Jan 8, 1872) in black. Reverse with ambulant and arrival cds's of the following day. Lightest file fold below the rightmost stamp, just mentioned for accuracy, an unusual franking of identical colours but different denominations to pay the 70 c. triple rate.
