    1868: Envelope from Mascara, Algeria to Dijon, bearing Napoléon laureated 20 c. blue, type II, a fine and fresh example with good perforation, tied by clear Gros Chiffres '5042' lozenge, superb "MASCARA ALGERIE 26 JUIL 70" despatch cds alongside. Reverse with Marseille transit and arrival cds (July 31). Minor toning, nevertheless a very attractive Shipmail item from Algeria.
