    Italian Postal Agencies 1876 (Sept 7): Cover from Buenos Aires franked by Argentina 1876 Rivadavia 5 c. vermillion, rouletted, tied by "Buenos Aires / OM" cds, in combination with Italy "Estero" 10 c. orange-buff in a horizontal pair and 30 c. brown tied by italic "Da Buenos Aires / coi Postali Italiani" in black on arrival in Genova. Carried on the Lavarello Line with reverse showing two Genova datestamps (Sept 30 and Oct 1). Illustrated in Edition D'Or 59 0n page 121 and in "Italian Post Offices Abroad" by Zanaria, Serra, Dal Negro on page 291. A few minor imprefections but a very rare cover. Signed E.
