    1876 (March 1): 4 d. vermilion, Plate 15, wmk. Large Garter, lettered PA-PF / TA-TF, an unused block of thirty (6 x 5) from the lower left corner of the sheet with Plate Number "15" under TB, 'Crown POSTAGE 4d.' in red in left margin and imprint above 'PRICE 4 d. per Label. 2 s. per R(ow)', each stamp overprinted SPECIMEN (Type 9) in black. A few perf. imperfections of no significance and some minor bends at base but a stunning multiple of vibrant fresh colour and large part or unmounted og.
