    1883 (Aug 1): 1½ d. lilac and 3 d. lilac, used on 1885 registered single rate cover to St. Petersburg, Russia tied by "Bath" circular datestamps (Feb 23) in black, thence via London with red transit. Reverse with St. Petersburg arrival datestamps (Feb 15j).
