    1863/67: 1 d. dull rose, wmk. Small Star, rough perf. 14 to 16, a horizontal pair and a strip of three used on 1864 mourning envelope to Government House, Dominica tied by five fine strikes of the St. John's "A02" obliterator in black and by '4' credit marking in red crayon. Slight edge wear and reverse with crest removed with part flap but with 'Antigua' despatch cds (Oct 2) and double arc 'Dominica' arrival (Oct 3) in black. A fine and attractive franking.
