    1878/99: 1 c. green used on cover to Valparaiso tied by Santiago cds (Nov 28); underpaid and struck with oval SANTIAGO / 8 CS. / MULTADA in black. Taxed at double the deficiency with 1894 Postage Due 2 c. on straw and 6 c. on yellow tied by Valparaiso cds (Nov 29). Sealed flap tear but attractive and scarce.
