    1970 (June 21): 8f. rose-red postal stationery envelope used from Lhasa, Tibet to Kathmandu franked 1964-66 definitive 2 f. grey-green (3) and 1967 18th Anniversary of the Republic 8 f. all tied by "Lasa" cds's. Reverse with arrival cds (July 3). Some stainging but a rare usage of both the stationery envelope and the Republic 8 f. from Tibet.
