    1886/1914: Selection of 50 covers, sent either reg'd, as value letter or as cash on delivery from St. Petersburg showing a large variety of tariffs, labels, and postmarks for the additional services. The lot includes an 1899 provisional label of the Warsaw train station, a large group of lilac registration marks from the main post office as well as from several city and telegraph PO's, a registration machine mark from the Nikolaj train station, and international parcel cards.
