    1877 (Dec 19): Cover to Triest, Austria endorsed "p. Augustine S.S." (Booth Line Steamer), franked by 1866 Dom Pedro 80 r. slate violet pair and single rouletted 1876 100 r. green tied by segmented cork cancels in blue with fine "Fortaleza" despatch cds alongside. Circular "Union-Pays d'Outrem. Le Havre" in red on front (Jan 7) and reverse with Paris transit and Triest arrival datestamp. A rare cover. Ex collection Koester.
