    1851 (Apr 26): 20 c. blue, slightly touched on top, cancelled by scarce mute 'Nodo di Savoia' with Chambery cds alongside on outer lettersheet to Rome and taxed with 12 decimes in the Papal State. The postage paid only to the Sardinian border, thereafter the letter has been taxed. A very rare and fine letter. Cert. Colla (2012) Sassone = EUR 21'000.
