    (May 8  & May 12): Registered usage of Delegate's imprinted envelopes (2, both 142 x 116 mm) with "UPU ROME -MCMVI" and "VI CONGRES" in red, each sent to Berne by the Swiss Delegate Paul Dubois (signed at lower left) and franked at 75 cent rates, both covers with minor imperfections but scarce: each with "Roma-VI Congresso Postale Univers." registration labels and the special cancellations.
