    1880 (Feb 25): Cover sent unpaid from Port Au Prince to Le Havre struck with superb British Post Office "JACMEL-UNPAID" datetstamp in black (note time code 'C' reversed), Post-UPU blue "T/1-10" in blue and charged with handstruck "16" decimes due mark on arrival. A fine and attractive cover.
