    International Postal Connections to Europe - Switzerland 1868 (March 24): Cover from Bucharest to Altstätten SG, endorsed "Via Wien", franked with 1867 Arms 10 s. blue and 15 s. brown, tied by "BUCAREST 24/3" cds's in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). Reverse with Vienna and Rheineck transit and Altstaetten arrival cds (March 31, 1868). On front, '3' kreuzer CM in blue crayon for onward postage beyond Austria. Some edge wear, but an attractive cover, illustrated in 'Die Österreichische Post in der Levante' on page 431 and in the Ferchenbauer handbook part IV on page 570.rnNote: Rare usage of the 1867 definitive issue under Hungarian administration in the United Principalities, as these offices were closed in 1869.
