    Austrian Levant rates 1869 (Nov 6): Entire letter from Constantinople to Trieste franked with 1867 10 kr. blue and a horizontal pair of 25 kr. violet, tied by "CONSTANTINOPEL 6/11" cds's in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 385). Reverse with oval "TRIEST 13/11, I. E." arrival datestamp in black. Minor perforation irregularities, the cover slightly damaged at top, but an impressive franking for a quadruple rate cover from the Levant (4 x 15 soldi).
