    Admiral Issue / Single Working Plates 1913/19: 1 d. dull green, perf. 15 x 14, an unused example of this rare stamp, some traces of aging through the browned large part og. Nevertheless a great rarity of the issue with very few recorded examples: it is interesting that the Gibbs collection contained one unused example of this stamp (very similar to this one but not quite so well centred) but the wonderful Vestey collection did not Gi = £8'000.rnProvenance: Argyll Etkin, London, 4 Nov 2003, lot 360.
