    1871 (Aug 10): Combination cover from Cairo to Plymouth with Egypt 1867 1 pi. red, two examples (Gi. 14) tied by "V.R. Poste Egiziane / Cairo" datestamps in black (Aug 10) for internal double rate, forwarded from Alexandria with Great Britain 1865/73 4 d. vermilion pl. 12 in a horizontal pair (single rate) tied by faint "BO1" obliterator and by 'Alexandria' cds (Aug 12) in black.
