    I.R. Official 1890 (March): 5 s. rose on white paper, wmk. Anchor, Plate 4, lettered AB-AC / BA-BC, the unique used block of four, upper pair from A row showing variety "Raised Stop after R", neatly cancelled by individual strikes of "Croydon" circular datestamp (April 18, 1900) in black. Stamp AC with closed tear at top not affecting the appearance of the block which is the only block of any size recorded in the Karl Louis Card Index. Cert.
