Ceremuga (2018).rnNote: Although the year slug is incomplete, only a use in April 1874 is possible which is a pretty late usage of a departmental stamp. Their use was discontinued on July 1, 1874 while the first official stamps ovpt. 'O.S.' came into use in January and February 1874.
