    Mosul 1919 (Feb 1): Surcharged small 4 a. on Turkish Fiscal 1 pi. deep violet, wmk. zigzag lines, a complete sheet of 25 subjects, slight toning as ever on multiples of this, the 'tag' at top with two tone spots, otherwise fresh and very fine appearance, toning on large part or unmounted og.
