    1854: Embossed 6 d. mauve, a used example with large margins all round and portions of adjoining stamps on three sides, of fine true delicate colour, cancelled by Scottish '221' numeral obliterator of Leith. The stamp demonstrates the difficulty of fine examples: the margins being extremely close between the impressions. A very scarce stamp so fine Gi H3 = £ 1'000.
