    Russian P.O.'s in China 1902 (Aug. 21): Registered envelope from Peking to Paris bearing 1899 KITAI - overpt. Arms definitives 1 kop. orange (3), 7 kop. dark blue, and 10 kop. blue, tied by crisp PEKIN cds's (Tchilinghirian fig. 468) with corresponding PEKIN registration label alongside, reverse  with Kharbin (Aug 28) and Moscow (Sept 19) transit and Paris arrival (Sept 30) cds's. An attractive item sent via Kharbin at the Chinese Eastern Railway.
