    Incoming Mail from Austrian P.O.'s in the Levant 1854: Entire letter from Constantinople sent unpaid to Bucharest, Romania struck with CONSTANTINOPEL despatch cds (19/1) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 387), mailed via Semlin where struck with cds (22/1) and SIGILLUM SANITATIS cachet in black, thence via Temesvar (30/1), Hermannstadt (2/2) and struck on arrival with two line BUKAREST 4 FEB handstamp in black (fig. 709). Manuscript rates '1.35+2.10' (piastres 4.05 = 21 kr.) and '6' (kreuzer) for Hermannstadt - Bucharest. Scarce cover that opens well for display.
