    Candia / Heraklion 1890: 1 pi. on 10 kr. ultramarine & black, a used example tied to 1897 Soldier's Letter from Candia to Newcastle by CANDIA / OESTERREICHISCHE POST cds (8/11) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 545). Endorsed from a Lance Corporal in H Company of the 1st Fusiliers at top but not counter-signed at lower left. Usual slight soiling, a scarce cover, together with a 20 pa. on 5 kr. stationery card used to London endorsed at left "R.A." (Royal Artillery) similarly cancelled.
