    1854: ½ a. blue, the 1899 print by lithographic transfer a complete pane of thirty-two (8 x 4) on yellowish wove unwatermarked paper, with SPECIMEN printed on reverse, with manuscript 'Given me by Sir Sidney Burrard, Surveyor General' and initialled in pencil on reverse, light creasing but a spectacular multiple (Spence 95).rnrnNote: Sir Sidney Burrard, 1860-1943, was Surveyor General for India, known for calculating Aan accurate height of the mountains of the Himalayas.
