    Austrian P.O. in Philippopolis 1860/63: Prepaid covers (2) from Plovdiv / Philippopolis, earlier cover to Rovereto, Tyrol and the 1863 cover to Constantinople struck with fair or fine strikes of FRANCO handstamp alongside FILIPOPOLI circular datestamps struck in black (Tchilinghirian figs. 868, 872); the earlier cover disinfected on reverse at Semlin in transit, the 1863 cover with wreathed 'Constantinopel' cds in blue on reverse.rnrn
