    Romania 1866 (April 11): Registered entire letter from Bucarest to Klagenfurt, franked on front with 1864 15 soldi brown and on reverse with 10 soldi blue (split upon opening), each tied by oval "BUKAREST RECOMMANDIRT 11/4" datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 716), reverse with Pesth transit and arrival cds's.
